Sutton Place Gift Cards carry no value until activated. The Sutton Place Gift Card is a prepaid card, not a credit card or debit card. Sutton Place Gift Cards are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. Lost, stolen, or damaged Sutton Place Gift Cards will not be cancelled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase. Unlawful or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
Guests must have the plastic, electronic, or digital printable format of the Sutton Place Gift Card in their possession to receive the value of the Gift Card.
Sutton Place Gift Cards purchased for face value carry no expiration date. In limited circumstances, Sutton Place Gift Cards provided as promotional awards or otherwise for promotional purposes may contain an expiration date.
Except where prohibited by law, The Sutton Place Hotels reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, cancel, reject, or hold for review any Sutton Place Gift Card mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions or in connection with any violation of these terms and conditions.
The Sutton Place Hotels are not responsible for honouring a Sutton Place Gift Card purchased from an unlicensed vendor.
Sutton Place Gift Cards can be purchased at all Sutton Place hotels across Canada or online at givex.com/suttonplace.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate mailing address and email address. The Sutton Place Hotels are not responsible for delivery of a Sutton Place Gift Card to an incorrect but deliverable address or a non-existent address that is provided by the purchaser.
Fees for international transactions may be charged by the credit card provider. Please consult your credit card provider for specific details regarding applicable international fees.
Guests cannot use Sutton Place Gift Cards to pay for reservations booked through third parties, such as online travel agencies.
