PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES If you elect to purchase any products or services which we offer to you through this Site this may be subject to new and/or additional terms and conditions which will be notified to you at the time. The Sites may offer products or services for sale or license and your transaction may be subject to additional sales terms and policies. You agree to pay all applicable fees and any applicable taxes. La Fenice may automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you.

  9. INVAILIDITY & WAIVER If any of these Terms is found by a court or a regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.   13. LOG FILES We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

  14. COMMUNITY USAGE RULES Applicable for any open discussion forms if this applies. This would touch on guidelines to impress that this is a public forum and include rules re: posting photos that are only you, your friends and family, following codes of social decency, not to use site for commercial purposes, not sharing individuals’ personal info.

  15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may amend these Terms at any time, for example, where we add new services or features or where there is a change in applicable law.
