Gift Card Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1 2025

Operating in: Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

1. Purchase & Use

  • Gift Cards issued by Piatto Neapolitan Pizza Canada Inc. can be purchased in-store or through our website.
  • Gift Cards may be used only at our participating location(s) for food, beverage, taxes, and applicable gratuities.
  • Gift Cards are non-reloadable and may not be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.

2. No Expiry & No Fees

  • In accordance with Canadian and Newfoundland and Labrador consumer protection laws:
    • Gift Cards do not expire.
    • No maintenance, inactivity, or service fees will be charged on any Gift Card.
  • This applies regardless of the date of purchase or issuance.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law and proof of purchase is provided.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized use of any Gift Card.

4. Limitations

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

5. Redemption

  • Gift Cards are redeemable only at Piatto Pizzeria located in Newfoundland & Labrador.
  • Gift Cards must be presented at the time of payment (physical card or valid digital code, if applicable).

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Purchases made with a Gift Card are subject to our standard return policy.
  • Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable Canadian law. Any updates will be posted in-store or on our website at www.piattopizzeria.com

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and applicable federal laws of Canada.
