What is the Sutton Place Gift Card? 

The Sutton Place Gift Card is a prepaid gift card which can be purchased and reloaded online, or purchased or reloaded at The Sutton Place Hotels across Canada. The Sutton Place Gift Card can be used to pay for Sutton Place lodging charges (i.e. room night charges and applicable taxes). Acceptance of the Sutton Place Gift Card for services other than lodging is at the discretion of the individual hotel.

No, there are no service or hidden fees. 

 

Can I reuse my Sutton Place Gift Card? 

Yes, Sutton Place gift cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your card with additional cash value. 

 

Can I share my Sutton Place Gift Card with friends or family members? 

Yes, your friends or family members can use your Sutton Place Gift Card without your presence. 

 

Do Sutton Place Gift Cards expire? 

Sutton Place Gift Cards issued for payment of the face value do not expire. Sutton Place Gift Cards as promotional or loyalty awards or for other promotional purposes may contain an expiration date. 

 

How does someone use the Sutton Place Gift Card? 

At all Sutton Place hotels, during check-in, a guest simply presents the Sutton Place Gift Card, personal credit card, and a valid form of identification. Total charges are reduced from the amount available on the Sutton Place Gift Card. 

 

Can RSVP Rewards points be earned for says purchased with Sutton Place Gift Cards? 

Yes, RSVP Rewards points can be earned by members on qualified stays using the Sutton Place Gift Card.
